The “What Am I Doing With My Life” Recipe

what you need is:

10 strips of turkey bacon, fully cooked and cut into smaller strips

2 green bell peppers, chopped

2 bags of shredded cheese (cheddar or assorted)

Egg roll wraps (found in all oriental stores)

1 cup of water

1/2 – 1 cup of olive oil (sounds greasy o3o)

A stockpot or sauce pan

1 onion, chopped

Fill the pan with oil and put it on medium high heat (350?)

You lay out at least 5 egg roll sheets. Take one egg roll and fill the middle diagonally  with bacon, bell peppers, onion and cheese. Close the egg roll sheet following the diagram below. Make sure to dab water on the corners so they don’t get unstuck while they’re getting fried.


do the same thing with the rest of the egg rolls until you’re out of filling.

If there’s leftover bacon, eat the bacon. >:D

Take the egg rolls (that have no egg in it o3o) and add them into the pan. Fry until the outside is golden brown and crunchy. Put a paper towel on a plate and then place the fairly oily bacon rolls (not egg rolls anymore) on the place. Wait for the oil to soak into the paper towel, then serve.
